"Recent media reports have raised legitimate questions about statements made by Attorney General Jeff Sessions during his confirmation. The Attorney General should clarify his testimony to the United States Senate regarding contact with Russian officials. Clearly he should recuse himself if appropriate from any investigations or matters, and indicated he would. I continue to support the ongoing bipartisan examination into these matters."
