Washington, DC—Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) voted in support of the successful election of Rep. Kevin McCarthy (CA-20) to serve as Speaker of the House for the 118th Congress. Smucker was also sworn in for his fourth term, serving the people of Lancaster and southern York counties which comprise Pennsylvania’s 11th Congressional District.

York Township, York County — It’s a global issue rearing its ugly head in Pennsylvania. Over six million people around the world are victims of human trafficking and now a local panel is trying to bring an end to the practice.

The sky isn’t falling in the nation’s capital, according to U.S. Rep. Lloyd Smucker.
At least not when it comes to the debt ceiling and the larger debate about the national debt, the Lancaster County Republican said, dismissing warnings from Democrats who say House Republicans are holding the nation’s fortunes hostage.
Washington, D.C. –Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) will serve on three committees during the 118th Congress. Smucker continues to serve on the influential Committee on Ways & Means and the Committee on the Budget, positioning Smucker at the center of discussions on tax and spending policy. He also re-joins the Education and Workforce Committee.
Many constituents of Adamstown Borough have recently contacted my office with concerns about the post office in Adamstown Borough and fees concerning post office boxes. My office has been in constant contact with the United States Postal Service to ensure the concerns of residents are addressed.
My office received the following response from the United States Postal Service regarding fees charged for postal office boxes for households that does not currently receive street delivery:
