Smucker Sworn in to Serve People of PA-11

Washington, DC—Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) voted in support of the successful election of Rep. Kevin McCarthy (CA-20) to serve as Speaker of the House for the 118^th Congress. Smucker was also sworn in for his fourth term, serving the people of Lancaster and southern York counties which comprise Pennsylvania’s 11^th Congressional District.

“I was proud to support Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House. I am confident that he will be a unifying Speaker and effective leader of the House of Representatives,” said Rep. Smucker.

I will continue my efforts to bring fiscal responsibility back to Washington, by stopping the unchecked growth of our nation’s debt and deficit.
