The following is a transcript of his remarks as delivered:
I wanted to write to you and share my thoughts on some of the recent legislation pushed by House Democrats.
For almost a year, I and other members of the Pennsylvania Congressional delegation have been asking the Wolf Administration for answers as to why residents in long-term care facilities and nursing homes were not protected against COVID-19.
This week I want to discuss the disastrous policies of President Biden and the need for Americans to return to work.
Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) joined over 90 of his colleagues in pushing back on the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) recent proposed revisions to the interim decision for atrazine, a critical crop protection tool.
Rep. Smucker joined Reps. Kelly (PA-16), Reschenthaler (PA-14), and Thompson (PA-15) in signing a letter lead by Rep. Fred Keller (PA-12) demanding an investigation into recent reports from concerned parents about books being carried in school libraries that contain explicit and sexually graphic images.

Many constituents of Adamstown Borough have recently contacted my office with concerns about the post office in Adamstown Borough and fees concerning post office boxes. My office has been in constant contact with the United States Postal Service to ensure the concerns of residents are addressed.
