Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program

Learn more about COVID-19 vaccines by visiting the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention website.

Visit Vaccines.gov for assistance in finding a vaccine provider near you.

If you are a veteran, a spouse of a veteran, or a caregiver of a veteran, in the Eleventh District, you may be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine through the VA. Some vaccines are available at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Visit their website to learn more.

If you have questions about the vaccines please consult with your physician and visit the CDC website.

Information for Student Loan Borrowers:
