Lancaster—Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) joined leadership of the York County Economic Alliance for a tour of businesses and projects participating in the York County Trail Towns Program. Rep. Smucker was joined by YCEA President Kevin Schreiber, Chief Strategy Officer Silas Chamberlin, Director of Economic Initiatives David Gonzalez, and Brenden Salyards Manager of Economic Initiatives on stops in New Freedom, Glen Rock, and Wrightsville.

“I want to thank the YCEA for their efforts to strengthen small businesses and communities like Wrightsville, New Freedom, Glen Rock, and others across Pennsylvania’s 11th District. When small businesses thrive, our communities thrive. The York County Trail Towns program shows an exciting promise to assist area small businesses and I would encourage everyone to come visit the great communities in Pennsylvania’s 11th Congressional District,” said Rep. Lloyd Smucker.

“We’re thankful to Congressman Smucker and his team for touring some of the communities involved in the York Couty Trail Towns Program. The program to date has connected with over 50 businesses in over 7 communities to host activities, assist in accessing capital, and build cohesion in an effort to bolster York County as an outdoor recreational destination and spur the outdoor economy” said Kevin Schrieber, York County Economic Alliance.
