Smucker Announces Congressional Art Competition Winner

Lancaster, PA —Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) announced that Caroline Drumm, of Solanco High School was named the winner of the 11^th District's Congressional Art Competition. Drumm's pastel on paper painting "Fresh Organic Beets" will be on display in the United States' Capitol alongside artwork from congressional districts across the nation.
