Rep. Smucker Debuts Virtual Tour of U.S. Capitol

WASHINGTON- Rep. Lloyd Smucker announces the release of a virtual tour of the United States Capitol:
"My office is here to assist constituents with tours of the U.S. Capitol and other sights around Washington. Due to the pandemic, tours of the U.S. Capitol are not available right now. One of my favorite activities is giving constituents a tour of the historic Capitol Building. While the Capitol is still closed for visitors, I wanted to share this historic building with you," said Smucker.
"Watch below for a virtual tour of the U.S. Capitol where I take you around this grand building and highlight some of the Eleventh District's touches around the Capitol. For instance, famous inventor and Lancaster County-born Robert Fulton has a statue located in Statutory Hall along with a plaque indicating where Lancaster native President James Buchanan served as a member of the House of Representatives. I look forward to hosting constituents here in Washington again soon."
