Legislation to help seniors maximize retirement benefits, protect children from identity fraud passed the House with near unanimous support.

WASHINGTON—Reps. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) and Brad Schneider (IL-10) introduced legislation to support American students studying abroad by ensuring their continued eligibility for federal financial aid.

WASHINGTON – Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) introduced an updated version of the Improve and Enhance the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Act to build the U.S. workforce and help connect individuals to good jobs.

WASHINGTON– Today, Rep. Lloyd Smucker (PA-11) voted in favor of H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The House of Representatives passed the bill, which would require the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release its files on Jeffrey Epstein, with overwhelming, nearly unanimous support.
